Hi,

I've been getting my Mavic Air disconnected during flights. I checked the logs and found the same error:

[L-BATTERY]get_cell_voltage_callback_ack failed!

I use the same batteries as always, nothing was updated...

What can be a reason for the error and disconnect?

I checked the batteries each time the drone disconnected but they are full and after the drone is back I just connect it again and fly it... and then after a couple of minutes the drone disconnected again with the same error

Hi,

There are so many more errors like this in the DAT file, all [L-BATTERY] et etc
Seen in MM and MA2 DAT files.

I cannot find a connection to disconnection and these messages.

Hi, just my 2 bob's worth
a) Did you clean the electrical contacts on the batteries and the MA?
b) Do you swap batteries without turning them off?
c) Do you store the batteries & MA in a dry place?
d) Is the cooling fan running freely?
e) Do you operate over MA's temperature limits 40°C/100°F
f) Is it maybe a USB cable or port problem? (you can clean these too)
g) When you say disconnected do you mean out of control or do you get a blank screen?

Hello there. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your DJI Mavic Air. Kindly please try the troubleshooting steps posted by heliaetus on post #6. In addition can you please try to charge the DJI Mavic Air intelligent flight battery full, then discharge the said battery below to 5%, then charge it full again tio see if the issue will still persist.
