I recently decided to try thr DJI Assistant. Not out of necessity, as my MA2 has all current software, but I just felt like tinkering.  When I connect my laptop (Dell Latitude e7740 windows 10) to the drone and open DJI assistant, nothing happens.  It does open my files and I'm able to access pics and videos on the drone, but the DJI Assistant doesn't give me any options. What am I missing here? I am using DJI Assistant version V1 2.5   Is this the right version for my MA2?

are you using 'DJI assistant 2 for Mavic'?

I'm not sure. I guess I'd better check.

That made all the difference. I had installed DJI assistant 2 and what I should have installed was DJI Assistant 2 For Mavic. Thanks for pointing that out. Not sure how I missed it in the first place

Hello there sh66. I am sorry to know that you are having issue with your DJI Mavic Air 2 firmware and it is good to know that after you have installed the DJI Asssitant 2 the issue was solved.
