I ordered over 10 days ago and the status is still ready for shipping. Why has it not been shipped and why is the support ignoring my emails?

Same man. Dji just keeps telling me that it's sold out at the warehouse they're sending from with no answer as the timeframe of when they will send.

I sold my analog goggles because i thought this would come in relatively quick. I've been grounded and banggood has been faster at shipping than DJI. This is crazy.

Dear DJI,

I wish to lodge a formal complaint.

On the 23rd June I ordered a Mavic Air 2 Fly More Combo, Order Number  0612685706559. Your website specifically states that it will be shipped within 1 day. I have just had a webchat with your support team and they advise that there is no delivery date, and they have no idea when/if it will be shipped.

This isn't just unprofessional, its deceptive.

This is not at all the experience that I was expecting from DJI.

The conversation I had with your support team is below.

I'm only posting to this forum for now to give you an opportunity to take a corrective action, but i'm going to take this a lot further if this isn't addressed satisfactorily.

I am amazed at how many people have the same issue - I am really feeling deceived. Now my shipment is stuck in customs because of some missing "MID" information that should be on the forms.

Same issue here.  Ordered a DJI Ronin S over Father's Day weekend, and it just changed status to "shipped" today, but the shipping  status is weird:



My order number is         0010517895036, would a DJI Admin please take a look?

Just like @nleques, I ran into the same issue of no real help via online chat.  The rep was clueless and could not provide any information.
