FORMAL COMPLAINT - DJI Deceptive Trade Practices

Dear DJI,
I wish to lodge a formal complaint.
On the 23rd June I ordered a Mavic Air 2 Fly More Combo, Order Number 0612685706559. Your website specifically states that it will be shipped within 1 day. I have just had a webchat with your support team and they advise that there is no delivery date, and they have no idea when/if it will be shipped.
This isn't just unprofessional, its deceptive.
This is not at all the experience that I was expecting from DJI.
The conversation I had with your support team is below.
I'm only posting to this forum for now to give you an opportunity to take a corrective action, but i'm going to take this a lot further if this isn't addressed satisfactorily.

Is is being shipped from China, or from within Australia?
DJI > It is from China.

I could have walked down to a local store and bought it
Can I get it refunded?
DJI > We can request for Stop Shipment.
DJI > Refund will take 7-14 business days once Stop Shipment is approved.
Can you give any guidance as to how long it will take to ship it if I keep the order?

Someone must know what your average delivery time is at the moment

Do you realise that this is very unacceptable?
You've made a public commitment to take peoples money on the promise of 1 day delivery, but knowing you have no intention of delivering it
If you can't provide me with a real answer, I think customers around the world need to read this conversation
