Just brought the ronin around 3 weeks ago
Used it around 10 times  
The grip doesn’t come off even though it’s unlocked
I have used a fair bit of force to try and get it off but I don’t want to break it so I’ve just left it now  

I would send it in
But it doesn’t fit in the case as the grip is stuck on so I’m not sure how to safely pack it
any advice?

Sorry for that case happened. Please contact our support team via http://www.dji.com/support to open a case and send it in for service. You may use some foam to package it to prevent damage during the transport.
