I ran a hyperlapse and after exiting out I was no longer able to switch between photo and video modes as usual. The video mode will only stay for a second and the photo mode will only stay on a single image. I cannot switch anymore  to AEB or multiple shots. Need to fix urgently, thanks for any tips

Hello there. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. As Balaes posted on post #2, kindly please uninstall and reinstall the DJI Go 4 application to see if the issue will still persist? In addition may we know as well what is the model of the mobile device you are using please. Thank you.
