I'm going to sell my mavic air 2. Do you know how to hard reset it?

When you connect your drone to a computer and run the DJI Assistant 2 app you should be able to go into the Firmware tab on the left and at the bottom there is a button to Restore Factory Defaults. Hope that is what you are looking for.

There is no such option available

Same problem over here! For the Pro there is a factory reset option under the firmware list, but not in the "assistant 2" for the air 2. Does somebody know a solution?

Update :

Le MA2 n'a pas de fonction "Reset Factory" prévu dans son hardware.

Pour mettre à zéro l'historique, il faut aller sur Dji Fly > Profil > Paramètres > Vider le cache

Concernant les problèmes de mises à jour du MA2 ... après avoir effectuer les étalonnages du Compas Normal, de l'IMU Normal et de la Télécommande ... le problème c'est résolu et les MAJ fonctionnent.

figure it out factory reset MA2? i can't  find any information about how to reset it .

The MA2 does not have a "Reset Factory" function provided in its hardware.

To reset the history, go to Dji Fly> Profile> Settings> Clear cache

Concerning the MA2 update problems ... after performing the Normal Compass, Normal IMU and Remote Control calibrations ... the problem is solved and the updates work.

Wouldn't that delete the cache on the controller (or phone that it's connected to) - not the cache of the drone itself?
