Got my Air 2 the other day, and for the first couple of flights I didn't bother putting a card in. In only recoreded a few short videos, but they recoreded in H.265. I can't download them onto my phone, but I can't figure out how to transfer the files across to my PC or an SD in the drone. It must be possible, but how? I can't figure it out.

Just power up yor drone, connect to the pc. File explorer and see your MA2 drive as a new letter...

Hi. Thank you for reaching out to DJI Forum. With regards to this inquiry. As JBB* advised at post #2, please connect the DJI Mavic Air 2 to the computer via data cable and turn on the said drone and a new storage will be detected. Thank you.
