A couple of weeks ago my drone started to disconnect during flights.

I tried all the steps described on the forum and nothing helpeld.

But yesterday I tried to fly at 9 P.M.  And the drone didn't disconnect.

The only difference I see is the temperature: 33C when the drone disconnects and 26C when it doesn't.

Is that temperature so critical? If so, the next question why it didn't disconnect before? It started a two weeks ago.

Any ideas?

P.S. Fans are working.

Hello there. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can please try to check if the cooling fan of your DJI Mavic Air is working. Thank you.

The fan is working. What else can be a reason?

Tried on Xiaomi, Huawei and iPhone. The same result - disconnected.
Tried with and without RC. The same result - disconnected.
Looks like some problem inside the drone related to the temperature "part"...

Interesting - these drone are designed to handle temperatures up to 40c.

Exactly, I've read it. And it worked a month and then... disconnecting.

What can be "broken", what is in change of "hot? -> disconnect!" action?

Hi there. Thank you for the reply and for the information you have shared with us. Since this issue is still happening I would recommend you to contact our DJI support team at https://www.dji.com/support?site=brandsite&from=nav for further assistance. Just a reminder that  DJI do not recommend doing a DIY in fixing the said DJI drone to avoid further damaging the said unit. We hope to hear from you soon and looking forward to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Thank for your support.

Thank you Stephen.

Before contact the support I want to ask what is "normal" range of temperature for the batteries? Is 53.2C good?
