Can someone please check my drone serial number:  
0M6CH6AR0A0YC2

It's the Mavic 2 Zoom with the smart controller package.

I bought it brand new and I want to make sure that is genuine with no problems as the
online decoder tool doesn't recognize the model, only the build date
(Model: Unknown, build on: 10. June 2020).

Hi Bob, as per the serial number, the drone has not been activated. It is suggested to update the firmware and DJI app, please update it and check the performance.

Hi Natalia - Thank you - I updated the drone and all the batteries and the controller using DJI Assistant 2 and the took it on 3 flights 2 different batteries and all looks correct. Thanks for checking - I have communicated with Hunter via FB to transfer my Care Refresh. I'll register this one now with FAA. thank you very much!

You're welcome. To transfer the DJI Care Refresh after your drone was replaced, I'd suggest that you contact the dedicated team via email at djicare@dji.com for better follow-up.

Hi there, as per the serial number, the drone was activated in June 2020, it doesn't support purchasing and bounding the DJI Care Refresh directly.
If the drone is performing well, you can send us a verification video to get permission for purchasing the DJI Care Refresh. Please take a look at https://repair.dji.com/en/djicare/customerupload for further info. Thank you for your support.
