Where can I verify the serial numbers associated with my account (of my drones)? thanks

FYI, we can only check the activation status by the serial number, not the usage details of the drone.

It is a used drone right? If yes, the activation account cannot be updated, you just need to register your own DJI account on DJI Fly APP and then you could connect and fly the drone.

Yes, it is locked. We have received a fraud notification from the issuing bank for the card that used to complete the recent order. There might be different reasons for the bank to issue this notification:

• The cardholder reported to the bank that the transaction is fraudulent.
• The cardholder initiated a fraud chargeback dispute against the order.
• The issuing bank noticed something abnormal and reported the transaction as fraudulent on behalf of the cardholder.

If there is any misunderstanding, we highly recommend to contact the bank to cancel the fraud report or chargeback dispute, or explain this order to the bank. We will unlock the aircraft and spare parts when we receive the cancellation confirmation from the bank. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Sorry for the late response, Barty. Please check the "Personal Message" via your computer.
The serial number has been checked, it is a genuine DJI product.

I just bought an Air 2, used off ebay.
The guy sent me  a screen shot of his receipt from DJI purchased on the 17th of May 2020.
The serial is 3N3BH54002003L but like the user above, mine is a sticker.
Have not removed the sticker. Thank you!
