Hi all,

I've searched a lot for a solution but cannot find one to this problem.

I cannot switch between follow, spin shot, etc. on my Samsung Galaxy S9

I am able to go into the menu and select the different modes but then once I'm out, nothing has changed.  When I go back into the menu system, it is always locked on follow mode.

Anyone else had this issue?  Any solutions?

I would try the usual.

Uninstall  Mimo
Uninstall all Mimo folders that are left behind via file explorer but remember to back up your media as the video and photos are stored in there.
Restart your phone and reinstall Mimo and set back up.

Hello there Chris. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mino application to see if the issue will still persist. If the issue will still persist please try using a different recommended mobile device on your DJI Osmo Mobile 3 for us to be able to isolate the said issue. For reference I will post a link for the list of recommended mobile device for the DJI Osmo Mobile 3. Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.
