Hello there drsurati. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your DJI Osmo Mobile 3. Can you please try charging the said gimbal about 2.5 hrs using a 10W charger to if the issue will still persist. In addition, I would not recommend you to use your DJI Osmo Mobile 3 when it is too cold for the said gimbal to work properly. Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.
