Okay I've tried just abouty every possible change on the camera settings......

So whe I use the zoom feature on the Osmo 3 my camera immediately zooms back out. I zoom in, phone/camera zooms back out. Any tips or help or is this a known issue?

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. Upon checking the Samsung S20 is not on the recommended mobile device list for the DJI Osmo Mobile 3. The said mobile device may work but since DJI has not yet tested the said mobile device. We cannot guarantee the stability and compatibility when using the said mobile device. Please try a different recommended mobile device to isolate the issue. In addition please visit this link for the recommended list for the said gimbal. Okay, the S20 is the newest Samsung. Hopefully a firmware update at some point will address the issue. Thanks for the info.
