I´ve had the mavic air for over a year now. Everything worked fine but now I am not able to fly it.

It looks like the RC is not connected to the phone but when I connect the cable the phone opens directly DJI GO 4 app. Then nothing happens.
I also tried connecting it with WiFi but it does not work and it does not appear in the Wi fi settings.
I´ve tried with new batteries, turn off and on the phone (Xiaomi Redemi Note 5), unistalling and installing the app again, nothing seems to work.

I am a very upset because I was doing to use the drone for a project in the next weeks, and I really wanted to use it
