We have purchased a TR16. After upgrading all the firmwares the transmitter got unliked. Now it is completely impossible to relink. Moreover, when trying to connect the aircraft to the MG Assistant it simply does not connect. I own Mavic, Phantom IV, M210RT-V2 and I have been working with DJI products since the very beginning, I have followed all the instructions, used the latest version of the assistant, checked the USB cable, used 4 DJI different cables, tested on 3 different computers, even under W7. The others have installed corporative licenses of W10 with all the updates, and I am completely desperate. Local dealer does not provide any help. This is the first time I am really blocked.

Any idea to do hard reset to try again with factory defaults!
