I have emailed DJI Enterprise support weeks ago and still no response. Anyone know what 3rd party LTE USB sticks will work with the Smart Controller Enterprise.
I have tried a Huawei E3372 LTE USB stick with EE sim card but it's not recognised by the controller. Any advice appreciated.

what is the proccedure for the 3rd party sticks to work?
Do I need to do something before inserting to controller?Or it suposed to be recognised without doing anything?
My problem is that when connected to controller -I can see the green light (as usual as it is connected to my pc) but I see only my wifi network...

Hi, I have the same dongle E3372. Do you have a fix for this?

Could anyone tell us the workflow for the stick(the one coming with DRTK-2) because mine -is recognized but it doesn't look to work

I have the zte dongle, but it doesn't work for me either

I have two Smart Controller Enterprise and two ZTE MF833V. With one controller both sticks are working fine, with the other one no sticks works. Even after complete reset and all updates there is no change.

SCE compatible with ZTE MF833V

For those having issues would make sure to first connect dongle to computer and configure APN, process is just like how you would setup a router, 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1 then setting page would pop

Then after connecting dongle to SCE go into APN Settings on RC, under wireless and Networks menu.

Hi guys, just a little update after few months from the last post
My Iphone 13 pro max keeps disconnecting the hotspot from the SME, so i decided to try a 4g dongle for a more stable connection. I have an ipad pro 2020 either, with LTE but same story, seems like it disconnects because inactivity, with android device no problem at all.

I first tried the Huawei e3372h but was not recognized. So i tried the E8372-153 and works fine. It works fine not because the key are recognized by the controller, but because from the internal usb it use only the power. This is an independent 4g dongle with wifi connection, so i use it as wifi router and i connect the SME via wifi.
Finally a stable solution that doesn't need modem battery recharger etc.
