Good afternoon, I made an order at DJI, the package has arrived with DHL , but they say it has customs costs and they can't give me the package, I live in Spain. On the DJI website it says that DJI is responsible for the taxes added to the shipment of the order.
And I have received a shipping cost invoice.
The amount is EUR 328.00
Will DJI pay me these additional expenses?
