I have a brand new M600P, straight out of the box, never flown. Tried to upgrade the firmware and this failed at 99%, tried again, failed again, during about the 3rd or 4th attemp the aircraft "fan" noise stopped and the upgrade failed at about 50%. On restart of aircraft and connection to Assistant 2 for Matrice, the app no longer shows the M600 icon, just the Light Bridge icon only. It seems the system is "bricked" ie frozen and not allowing communication/normal function. Is there a way to reset this and get back to a state where the aircraft is able to turn on correctly and then be able to try the firmware upgrade again. This is extremely frustrating, $10k purchase and not working!!!

I having the same problem with the same M600P but I got through the updates and activation but the controller will not see the M600P.

In that case, just downgrade both your M600P and remote controller to the 2017 version
