I am using my goggles for the first time and have upgraded them to the latest firmware (as of 7/5/2020).  
When I try to view video & pic files on my SD card (that I have only used with my Mavic Air and Osmo Pocket) I can't view most pictures and most videos I can see a thumbnail view of, but when I try to play them, I get an error message that says:  "Failed to play local videos"

I have rebooted the Goggles, removed the SD card and re-inserted and still have this problem.

Does anyone know why I can't view videos taken with my Mavic Air?  Are there limitations on the videos that can be viewed in the Goggles?  no 4K video, for example?

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. With regards to this concern. May I know the model of the SD card your are using please? Kindly please try a different SD card to isolate the issue. Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you.
