PTZ control seems to be possible with the OSDK of the M300's Zenmuse H20T camera.

Is it possible to set the thermal-visual screen switching, isotherm&Palette setting, Low temp, High Temp setting via OSDK?

As I know it is impossible to do that via OSDK. OSDK can only get the video stream of thermal camera.
