Hi!

I have an issue with a time stamp offset between pictures and videos.
Pictures are correct while videos are 1 one hour behind...

THis is true either copying directly from the SD card or from the MM.

Phone is a Xiaomi MI9 and I'm under Windows 10.

Any settings I'm missing to change this behaviour?

Thanks in advance,

Eric

Hello there Eric. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. May I know what kind of SD card are you using please and can you please try using a different recommended mobile device to see if the issue will still persist? Kindly please make sure to adjust your settings on your mobile device in a correct date and time. You can also provide a short video showing the issue for further assitance and for referent I will post list of recommended mobile device for the DJI Mavic Mini. Thanks you.

SD card is 128 Mb Sandisk Extreme Pro, and no, I have no option to test an other phone. But considering MI 8 and MI 10 are in the list, I see no reason why my MI 9 would be the root cause...
Especially considering the media are recorded on the Mini SD card, and not through the phone.
Digging a little bit through google show numerous topics about this issue, not limited to Mavic Mini, but also also for others Mavic drones...
Could you clarify which video you need?
