According to HowFixIT post -All Mavic Mini Error Codes- for code 30210 (Power system hardware) it is suggested to Restart aircraft. If not, update the firmware.

I am not sure this would help is I'd expect a power system hardware error tied to hardware malfunction, but still worth investigating.
