Is there a way to update Crystal Sky Monitor to the latest Go4 app update??????????????

I only fly with the CS and it's about time the app is updated so I (we) your customers take subsequently UPDATE to the current FW!!

What say you DJI???????

I believe you can side load it if you have not updated to the latest CS firmware.

DJI treat Crystalsky owner like dog crap. despite paying for a so called premium product. Crystalsky has never received much love from DJI even less of late. Even more frustrating is their copy paste BOT response 99% of the time regarding customer issues and question.   "We'll forward that to our engineers..."  "thanks for your understanding..."

They have your money now

Hello DJI,
I'm a lowly almost forgotten Crystal Sky Monitor.
I do a great job at bring an awesome visual picture to my screen.
I really love doing my job and have a good relationship with my commercial pilot
However, lately I've been feeling lonely, isolated not just because of Covid19 but more the fact you've abandoned me!
Without current Firmware updates, you're making it difficult to do my job in a professional manner.
It's becomes more and more difficult to add new functionality if you don't give me some love too!
