but.. i can not find such settings in my DJI-FLY app (iOS).

any suggestions?

It means you can choose 1 from 3 modes: Sport, CineSmooth and Position mode.

Yes, but that's probably a mistake. Also in manual for Flight Protection:
Set important flight safety parameters such as the max flight distance and speed. But there is no speed only Маx altitude
