Hi everyone,

I just brought DJI Mavic Air 2, and try to fly it in my backyard. But it’s telling me that my house is in a restricted zone.
I had unlocked the geo zone with my desktop and inputted my remote control serial number.
But when I try to fly it again, there’s no option to import the license to the aircraft.

Can anyone help me with this?

The import goes to the CONNECTED aircraft.    The screen shots state you are not connected.

Be logged into your DJI account through GO4,  turn everything on and try again.

You go to Safety and then scroll down to "Unlock Geo Zones" and hit the import button to send the unlock codes to your drone (have the drone powered up). You should have the remote controller turned on as well when you do the unlocking process and make sure you are connected to WIFI so the DJI Fly App can get the unlock codes from the DJI database.

Actually it’s already connected to the aircraft via dji fly app With my dji account

I already did it all, the problem is, there is no import button on “Unlock Geo Zones”

email djiflysafe to get a permanent unlocking license this should fix your situation. I had the same issue two years ago. Cheers

I had this odd occurrence the other day also at my house which is not near any no fly zones... It made me unlock but I was able to fly after getting token by text and inputting it.
