Tb50 battery had two lights showing so I decided to charge the batteries as a pair like I always do. The night before I was due to use the drone. I came back to the batter about an hour later and one batter was fully charged.the other one doesn’t show any lights. the charging station doesn’t recognise it and neither will the drone. it thinks only one battery is installed and tells me not to take off. The battery is only like 9 weeks old
If the battery doesn't react to a typical push-button level check nor to charging ... it is a dead battery and you can't do anything to revitalize. Return for 6 months warranty replacement.

Ok how do you go about returning the battery For a replacement.
