Hi newbie here

I have a Mavic Air and operating on Iphone 11 with controller.

All has been good

Yesterday after flying my drone and downloading the footage to my computer I had trouble getting the DJI Go 4 App to load. It kept starting but immediately dropped back to my App page.

I tried deleting and reloading the App but no success.

I used the DJI support and after some deleting and restarting I eventually got everything working.

However I have just noticed that all my historical flights have gone from the Flight Records on th DJI Go app.

I think I have a new identifier from my original install allthough I do not have a record of what my original identifier was.

Is there any way of recovering this info or is it lost forever.

Any help would be appreciated
