I am using DJI Spark Fly more Combo, I am unable to use Intelligent mode while connection with my controller . It appears only with direct mobile to air craft connection and remain unvisible during connection with controller ..  Picture is taken from Internet and same circled icon not appried on my screen during controller connection .

Be sure your Sport-mode switch is toggled off on your remote controller.

don't suppose you managed to resolve this did you ?  i have the exact same issue which started occurring a couple of years ago
