Welcome to the club. I’m thinking about bringing the Better Business Bureau into this. Which is actually a shame because I know this brand has been around for so long and make truly unreal drones and equipment. But not providing true answers and warning the buyers of shipping delays just seems wrong. The fact that they can’t even get the “MID” to fedex in a reasonable time is absolutely frustrating.  I’m about at my wits end. If anything, dji knows they will be slacking on getting the clearance process done, so the least they can do is overnight these packages once they finally provide the paperwork.

hi dji i have send many emails and chat online regarding my order that i have not recieved
i contact fedex regarding the isue and they told me the sender needs to contsct them something happend to the package
please resolve this problem cause its out of my hands to resolve the pachage  being more than 17 days already
and i have not recieved my order   
and
DJI IS NOT HELPING ME TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND I AM HAVING A BAD CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY
