hey, It's me again, the new guy. I transfered my files (MP4) to Premier Pro and the files are skipping like crazy. When I i play them on the video player they are fine.
Is it the computer .....or the "operator"?

It is more than likely your computer and Premier Pro causing this. You will need at least 16GB of ram and I would also recommend a scratch disk for all your working footage and setting up proxies. If you do a search on YouTube on how to get the best performance in Premier Pro you will find some great solutions and they do work. Good luck.
