Trying to connect my Osmo Pocket directly to my iPhone 7 but I keep getting the error message, 'No Osmo Found'. Was working earlier today but not now.

iOS 13.5.1

Osmo Pocket Firmware: 01.10.00.30

DJI Mimo v1.3.2(95120)

Steps: Plug Osmo Pocket into iPhone->launch Mimo app->turn on Osmo Pocket->click camera icon in Mimo app->app looks for Osmo pocket but can not find.

The wireless module works fine.

Any thoughts regarding my issues?

Even though it's plugged in, turn Bluetooth off and back on.

And/or

Restart the iPhone.
And/or

Delete and re-install Mimo.

Hello there MRomine. I am sorry to know that you are having issues with your DJI Osmo Pocket. Can you please try to uninstall and reinstall the DJI Mimo application to see if the issue will still persist or please try using a different recommended mobile device for us to be able to isolate the said issue. If you are new to Apple products, you will find that a simple reboot will solve many problems.
