Hello all, I am also having a similar issue. My order number is 0018363486102. My order has been held at FedEx customs since last week, MAY 8TH, 2023. I have contacted DJI several times in regard to this for more answers and keep getting told "we have escalated the situation" and "you don't need to worry about anything." Further those I do speak with tell me they can't help me and that I should get contacted by the appropriate departments within 24-48 hours for more information and answers and then get no response. I also ask to speak directly with the appropriate teams to figure out exactly what is going on but get told to wait an additional 24-48 hours. FedEx is contacting me several times asking for specific customs paperwork to be filled out. FedEx is also stating that if they don't receive this paperwork then they will send my package back to shipper. When purchasing I did not agree to have to fill out any paperwork on my end.

Upon checking on my end, our designated team was able to send an email recently regarding the concern. May I confirm if you are able to receive it? Additionally, did FedEx send you a form regarding the concern since the courier tried to contact you? |
