For Fly Self/Customer-Unlocking a serial number of the drone is needed.
Which number is meant?
- The SN at my complete bought packet of the Mavic Mini, which i also used for the Care-contract
- The SN of the drone, the flying device, self?

Hi Frankm, the SN here is referring to the SN of the flight controller, please check it under DJI Fly APP--About.
