On the evening of July 9, 2020, I flew Mavic 2 Pro at Lam Vien Square, Da Lat, I flew about 15m high, about 900m far to Xuan Huong Lake, the drone suddenly disconnected ,, then transferred to processing. auto-fly to the starting point, like every time the connection is lost. However, this time I waited more than 1 minute and did not see the plane returning to the screen still gray. Normally the Mavic 2 Pro flies very far 1-2km and it loses the connection and still flies back automatically. But this time it is possible that the firmware, and my plane has been lost, I'm sorry for this. I have 2 videos of Mavic 2 pro's flight. Please reconsider help me.
