I´ve lost my password for the Ronin Assistant App, i know i must connect my Ronin to the PC to erase password using the Ronin PC Assitant but i dont know how to acctually connect my Ronin to the PC i connected it using the mini usb cable i can hear my PC detecting something has been plugged in but for some reason the App dosn´t !! its been 4 weeks since i bought it and im kinda upset about this!

Are you running the "Ronin Assistant Software v1.4" first?

1. Start the Ronin Assistant Software v1.4 on PC, then plugin the provided USB cable to the Ronin, then The PC,
2. Then Start the Ronin by pressing on the button anbove the Battery to turn it on,
Wait a few seconds and you should see the Ronin Assistant Software v1.4 showing a connection.

If it is the first for you to install DJI assistant software, please also install DJI WIN driver installer http://www.dji.com/product/ronin/download
