Last week I got few PGYTech MA2 accessories for test. The box included a carrying case, pack of ND filters and a propeller holder.
I found the case very useful for those with MA2 "standard" box. It can accommodate the drone, transmitter, charger and two batteries. It claims to be watertight, so if you are caught by rain its content should be safe.
You cannot show motion blur effects at such altitude in such terrain!
So no differences are to be expected, regardless of whether you e.g. use ND 4 or ND 64 ...
Without any filter you would get the same result!
The camera will adjust itself "correctly" again and again by automatically adjusting the exposure time ...

the footage, has more the purpose to show the effect of the filters on colors.

Whilst I agree that motion blur does not need to be controlled at higher altitudes having the shutter speed significantly lower will also improve the quality of the footage by taking out the glitches that can occur with very fast shutter speeds.
