Thank you for the additional information. May I know was the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 stored for a long time? Upon checking the most recent update is v01.00.00.70. Please refer to the posted image below for the DJI Osmo Mobile 3 release note. Thank you.

Voilà ce qui arrive encore une fois on me demande de télécharger la mise à jour du firmware. Alors que je l'utilise pratiquement tt les jours..
And to successfully install it I have to unistall the application every time and reinstall it. It's annoying

still the same problem on July 19. It's August 2nd and no dji response

Hello, I have the same problem! Nobody can't help me. I cant using my Osmo Mobile 3. It's annoying dear DJI.

I found a solution but quite annoying has the long, empty the cache of the phone, then turned on the osmo and launch the Dji Mimo application wait 5 minutes and then connect to the device.
