I crashed my drone and opened a case. I don't have DJI Care. Do I have to send the drone with my own label?

Please use a local delivery service to send your package to us (DHL, UPS, Hermes, etc.). Be aware that the customer needs to cover the delivery upcoming costs.

There is a result from DHL. They can't find it... That's terrible because there is a insurance up to 500 EUR only. I'm very disappointed.

Whats happening now? Do you deactivate my drone? Do I have to do anything else?
