I have not received a shipping label yet for my DJI Care Refresh Express repair. I have checked through all my email folders and even in my spam folder. What steps do I need to take to receive a shipping label?

My Case Number is: CAS-4661257-Y6R1M8

Hi gallowaystx. I takes usually 1-2 business days to receive the shipping label after starting a repair case with DJI Care Refresh claim. Hope we would help you.

Or am I suppose to create a shipping label myself? I don’t have the address of the dji repair center.
