Hey guys, I just wanted to say HEllO and so stoked to be flying the Mavic Mini and having a great time... lol As you can see, 3 in a week should tell @dji something...I live in Atlatna, GA. and close to an airport Peachtree Dekalb so I can only fly about 100 seconds at my house before I'm in restricted air space, but I love every second of flying the drone no matter what. So, I just wanted to say Hello to my mavic mini peers and get some feed back from you guys.
I know a lot of you prob. read the thread title and was like what an idiot noob, right? lol that's what I would I think if I saw someone went through 3 mavic minis in less than a week!! I bought my first one on my birthday 7/11 and for what ever reason the gimbal was not working correctly and it said it was locked. Luckily, it was an easy walk in to Best Buy and let them know that the cam. was not moving and gave me a brand new one... SO, I was flying right before it was dark and flying in my neighborhood, just really open and look at the city and back down and get a few pictures and see that the gimbal was working correctly...I landed and as I was saving the photos onto my phone one of the guys in the neighorhoood ran over the back left propellor.. I have the DJI CARE Refresh thank god! Since, I do not have much paitience, I went and bought another one and we are good to go as far as flying..
My main question is this: I sumibtted everything DJI care refereshed asked and went ahead paid both for the service and went ahead and payed for another air craft. The only thing is that I've seen other people who get sent shipping lables for them to print out and ship their drone back. How long does it take to get the shipping lable after you've made your payment for the new device? I did that yesterday and all I have is my paypal receipt for transaction for paying for the new device.
I'm not sure if DJI is going to send me a box and then I reship it back like how Apple does, or do I need to go to the UPS store and ship out from there? I have tried to call @dji many times but you all know it's almost impossible to get through...
Again, any feed back or a hello is always welcome!
