My shielding was a reply post AburkeFL about tort law from Cornell Law Library and a Medivac helicopter crash that resulted in them Aerospatiale changing their official name to Airbus Helicopters.
The Chinese are very fast to censor the negative. It must be a real b itch living there full time. They also aren't forth coming with information.
I'm torn with sending the whole thing back and getting a full refund or staying the course.
Had I known that this was a beta vehicle, I doubt that I would have purchased. The innards don't look anything like the Phantom 2 since they incorporated the speed controllers into the mother board. The same thing with the FPV system.
The firmware problems with no description to the problems that it supposedly fixed and the lack of transparency leave much to be desired.
On top of that, the business practices of not disclosing stock availability and actually shipping within the promised date, leaves a very bad taste with me.
The one positive thing though is DJI appears to have listened about the bitching about the second battery and extending a warranty, though not the quad like I've asked, the battery from the original 90 days to now 6 months. |
