Hi, I am DJI P4PRo User,
May I ask, how long service approval to be granted from DJI China?
My P4Pro have gimbal issue, and my local service center said that
it's on guarantee cover so it must be wait approval from DJI China before
they can working on it. and its been 1 month since we ask for repairs.

Hi Thor thank you for your kind reply. I dont know what case order is, but here is repair order number from my local service center ( Indonesia)  RO/HVC01/20/07/0000025
and this is my DJI SN 11UDGAA3700020. And there is no email screenshot, because I am following up by phone. Can you help me?
