My drone has been stuck in Memphis, TN for 4 days. Fedex tracking says that "Itemized breakdown of product composition required.
Recommended action:
Shipper to provide." Is there any action I need to take or is this something that DJI takes care of? I'm going on a trip this weekend and would like to have the drone before I leave.

Placed my order for Mavic Air 2 Fly more combo on 7/13/2020. Shipped on 7/15/2020 FedEx tracking no. 190121401720   Tracking page states Clearance delay Memphis Tennesee.  But now the tracking data shows that on 7/17 the shipment is in transit to TA YUAN DISTRICT TW.    I have no idea what is happening.  Only received a generic reply from DJI support.

Try sorting your tracking history by local time or your time zone. It will put all info in order.
