I've flown my MA2 from my backyard since its release. Now, I can't take off due to being in an Authorization/Restricted zone. This has not been an issue until a day ago. Usually I would only have to check off on the waiver saying I would be responsible for flying safely.When and why did this change? And, how do I get authorization to fly in my backyard again?

Have the same issue.  Backyard.  Where do you see the "checkoff" saying you'll be careful.  I just have a BRIGHT RED warning saying I have to "unlock" the system.

Hi, please check if your area is a restricted zone, if so, you may need to apply for custom unlock if you have authorization to fly in this area.
