Hi All
I wonder if any one can help. I took out the care refresh on my new drone however it crahed into the sea with a compass/IMU error and I am not able to retrieve it so cant claim. Since we are on vacation I had to buy a new drone and want to transfer my refresh onto my new drone(MA2). Its is like only 2 weeks old.

I have emailed the care team, no reponse! Been on the on support chat 4 times called the care care team and no help.
Each department keeps pushing me to another one but no one actaully helps.
Has anyone had similar issues?
