This is the same post i did 2 days ago but i could not find it.
Drone still in transit after 1 month.Here is the tracking nr UM737981597US .Package still in Frankfurt from 07.07 no updates .Dji asked for 171$ of shipping and after i paid they offered on my request a cheaper option of 47$.Dji promised to refund the difference of 124$.I haven't seen the refund yet after 1 MONTH.They just keep saying to have patience.I'm losing my patience becouse i have done everything Dji said but it has been three months of waiting since i opened  the repair case and im tired.More dettails on repair section thread ASKED FOR REPLACEMENT DJI WANTS TO CHARGE FOR REPAIR.

Thanks for the response.Managers at Dji cs keep telling me they will let me know when the refund will be issued.Can someone explain me why do i have to wait for god knows how much more and not make a complain letter to the fcc federal office.Second, usps does not let me make an inquiry with tracking nr UM737981597US .

I did not say the tracking doesn't work i said they do not let me make an inquiry since you asked "Have you tried to contact usps?".Yes i tried they don't support inquiry for this package.I have no updates on tracking since 07.07  20 days ago.Since Dji shipped its on their hands to check with usps.

I am very sorry for this situation, I will try to ask the proper team for further assistance on your case.

Dji refunded the shipping difference that was promissed.After 1 month of several email correspondence they did it.That being said i have no updates on the shipment UM737981597US shipped on 23.06.2020, since 07.07.2020 which is very weird.
