HI team , i have just brought a new M2P my third M2P and 8th DJI drone. It won't start till I activate it but won't prompt me to active and I can't find where to activate it. not sure if relevant but the gamble is also disconnected and has some scratches on it (rub from the Protector) and it won't complete an update either. this was brand new in packaging brought from major retailer harvey Norman last week. Any ideas?

Return to the store you bought from!!  Get a new one.

Read the manual, and watch a few YouTube vids and then try activating and getting going.
