Just got my Ronin SC in the mail today. I put my a6400 w/Sigma 30mm 1.4 on and balanced as directed. I kept getting asked to rebalance the Pan axis. Nothing I did seemed to solve the issue. Double checked by holding it at the requested 15-45 degrees to make sure it did not lean towards the lens or back end. Stayed balanced. Still told me it was not balanced properly. On one balance test, I leaned it closer to 30 degrees, and to my surprise, it gave an excellent rating. Went back and forth on tests, holding it at either around 15 degrees or around 30 degrees. Consistently, the Pan failed on the 15 degree tests, and passed on the 30 degree tests.


Looking at my footage, it is definitely not balanced. There's a lot of microjitter/stutter in the movement.


I upgraded the firmware to the latest, I did the motor parameters several times.


This is really frustrating. My SC has to be messed up or something. What am I possibly missing?
