Hi everybody,

the DJI Go 4 app just upgraded to 4.3.37 on my android phone. Not on my SC yet.

The only notice on the app store: "Bug fix"

Anybody know which bug is fixed ?

Does that same bug apply to the SC ?

just updated, "Map Loading..." still there
DJI Spark + Mi8

The app keeps either freezing or crashing since the latest update.

Rather the bug is created. I can't open my app at all. I tried clearing cookies/data and reinstalling the app. But nothing seems to be working at all. And my work is stuck due to this.

try to deinstall the app, then reboot your phone and reinstall after you just restarted. Sometimes that helps.

I've done this several times. Doesn't work at all

is your smartphone on the list of compatible devices ? Check on the website below

Another possibility is that you use an uninstaller app that will clean up your old installation, for example Revo uninstaller

then you might try the "revo uninstaller" to uninstall, like I suggested in my last mail. It does a cleanup of leftovers that a normal deinstall doesn't do.

Maybe it is some leftover from earlier installations or a conflict with some other app you had installed.
Hope you find the problem soon.
