Sorry to hear about the issue. You are suggested to check the following steps and see if the issue is solved:
1. Please check if you can adjust the gimbal tilt on the DJI GO 4 app, if yes, it could be the controller's issue, please try to refresh the latest firmware for the controller via DJI Assistant 2;
2. Please check if the max gimbal pitch speed is set to 0, if so, please try to reset the gimbal settings;
3. Try to refresh the latest firmware for the drone as well.
If the issue persists, you may send the drone back to our repair center for service. If the issue is not caused by the pilot, and it is under warranty period (warranty period info: https://www.dji.com/uk/service/policy?site=brandsite&from=footer), the service will be covered.
